Chauchat
Getting gunned down by a Support class that's using an extremely powerful LMG is beyond frustrating, so it's time to give them a taste of their own medicine and use the Chauchat. Added in the You Shall Not Pass DLC, the Chauchat is a 20 round light machine gun that packs and absolutely devastating punch. Capable of 35 damage at close range, the Chauchat can 3-shot players with ease, leading to 8 kills per clip if you manage to maintain efficiency.
However, the Chauchat still performs at range, able to mow down enemies with a mere 5 rounds. Achieving this kill potential is easier when the Telescopic version is unlocked as it, obviously, helps you find targets at longer distances. If you're not a fan of the Support class, try unlocking this weapon and seeing if you change your mind after you mow down a squad and a half without reloading! I mean, it is one of the fastest time-to-kill guns in Battlefield 1 at the moment.
