A remake as good as Resident Evil 2

It’s become popular to remake and remaster classic games to the point where we pretty much expect consoles like the PlayStation 5 to offer at least one. The only question is… which would be a good launch title? Thinking this over, a few possibilities come to mind.
With the success of Devil May Cry 5, a remake of the original Devil May Cry seems likely, especially when you factor in previous comments made by director Hideki Kamiya. According to Kamiya, he would “love the chance to remake [Devil May Cry] with modern technology” and what better technology than the PlayStation 5?
Other items on our remake wishlist include Twisted Metal, Baldur’s Gate, and Legends of Legaia. We also expect to see another Final Fantasy remake should Final Fantasy VII perform well in sales, which it probably will. Now, we’re curious to hear your thoughts.
