Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater was every teenagers dream game in the late 90's and early 2000's, and could sell really well if the game was remastered. Of course, Tony Hawk is no longer the star he once was, but his name and brand alone will sell copies. At the moment, there aren't really any games to appeal to skateboarding fans, apart from the rumored Stake 4 of course, so a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remaster wouldn't be competing with any other titles.
