The Animal Crossing: New Horizons 1.2.0 patch notes list a couple of key changes to our happy little islands. The biggest adjustment is the introduction of Leif and Redd as visiting merchants. Leif brings his garden store including plenty of flowers and new shrubberies the player can purchase. Redd arrives in their Treasure Trawler, packing plenty of artwork for you to buy and store in the Museum’s brand new art exhibition.

The other biggest change is the start of Nature Day, a seasonal event which adds special nature-themed Nook Miles challenges for players to complete daily. For more information on Nature Day and the other updates planned for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, click here.

Finally, the update includes fixes to other unnamed “issues.” This is likely a catchall for several bugs, but also includes a lovely change that now allows you to play multiple different music devices outdoors, so you can enjoy K.K. tunes at a few different places on your island. That’s great news, but it comes with some bad; they’ve also dropped the interest rate on savings accounts in-game. Without further ado, here are the full Animal Crossing: New Horizons 1.2.0 patch notes, direct from Nintendo.
