Starting on March 19, the Epic Games Store is giving away two new free games, The Stanley Parable and Watch Dogs. Both games will be available for free to Epic Games Store users until March 26. If you don’t own a copy of The Stanley Parable, you absolutely should, it’s a phenomenal game.

To recap, here’s a quick list of the free games offered by the Epic Games Store in March:

  • GoNNER (March 5 - March 12)
  • Offworld Trading Company (March 5 - March 12)
  • A Short Hike (March 12 - March 19)
  • Mutazone (March 12 - March 19)
  • Anodyne 2: Return to Dust (March 12 - March 19)
  • The Stanley Parable (March 19 - March 26)
  • Watch Dogs (March 19 - March 26)

Looking at that list, the free games offered by the Epic Games Store in March have been pretty fantastic with indie gems like A Short Hike and The Stanley Parable and quirky titles like Mutazone and GoNNER. You can’t beat the low, low price of “free” so even if you’re not a huge fan of the Epic Games Store, it’s worth creating a free account in order to collect the latest batch of free games on offer.

That said, if you’d really rather not participate in the Epic Games Store at all, you can buy The Stanley Parable on Steam for $14.99. In our opinion, it’s well worth its purchase price of $14.99, though we’ll leave it up to you.

After looking at the latest batch of free games offered by the Epic Games Store, what are your thoughts? Are you excited to add The Stanley Parable to your digital library? Let us know down in the comments below!
