Call of Duty: Warzone allows three players per team or squad in its current form. In fact, trios is the only size of mode available right now. There’s no solo or duos mode, so your squad size in Call of Duty: Warzone will almost always be three, at least for now.

If you don’t have friends to play with, Call of Duty: Warzone will automatically match you up with other players from around the world, putting you into a team of three with them. If you’re feeling particularly bold, you can also choose to go it alone, disabling team matchmaking so that you enter the battlefield on your lonesome. However, practically everyone else will be scooting around with two buddies watching their back, so you’ll have your work cut out for you. Don’t let that dissuade you though if you think your shooting is sharp enough.
