The closed alpha for Chivalry 2 will reportedly begin later this month and will give interested gamers an opportunity to experience all of the changes and updates in the sequel to the hit indie, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. Alpha testers will also be able to provide feedback to Torn Banner in order to help them polish Chivalry 2 ahead of its launch later this year.

While the alpha is “closed” in the sense that those invited to participate will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), it’s a great opportunity to experience all of the subtle changes and updates that have been made to the game. Among these changes, alpha testers can expect a glimpse at some of the game’s expanded maps, emote options, and servers that support up to 64 players.

So, how do you sign up for the closed alpha? Well, according to Torn Banner, you’ll need to head to the official alpha sign-up page and input some basic information. The information you’ll need to provide is your name, email address, and Discord username if you have one.

After that, you’ll likely want to opt-in to email notifications to stay up-to-date on Chivalry 2 including upcoming beta tests and the official release date announcement whenever Torn Banner makes that information available.

Now that you know how to sign up for the Chivalry 2 closed alpha, what are your thoughts on the upcoming game?
