World of Horror is a fun game, but has elements in it that are difficult, leading many to ask questions like how to save the game. Tutorials are kept to a minimum in World of Horror, and icons to open certain menus can be small and hard to spot. To help make everything easier, we’ve put together a quick guide showing you how to save in World of Horror.
How to save in World of Horror

- Open the Options menu using the cog wheel icon at the bottom right of your screen.
- Select "Save and Exit" to keep your game progress.
- Note that you can't use the "Save and Exit" option while actively investigating a Mystery.
- To resume your saved game, select "Continue" at the home screen.
In World of Horror, gamers have been asking how to save their game. At first glance, it doesn’t look like a save option is available. However, as you dig deeper into various menus and press a few buttons, you’ll find out how to save your game.
At the bottom right corner of the screen underneath your character, you’ll find an icon that opens up your Options menu. Select this, then at the top, select “Save and Exit” to preserve your progress.

Note that you can only save between Mysteries. If you're in the middle of a Mystery, you’ll need to finish it and return back to your Home before opening the Options menu and selecting “Save and Exit” to view text confirming that your character is taking a little break from investigating Mysteries.
Select "Save and Exit" again to confirm and return back to the home screen. Next time you open World of Horror, you can select “Continue” to pick back up where you left off or “New Story” to scrap the old save and start up a new game.
