Swapping your skill bar around in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem is easy. Simply press the S key to bring up your Active Skills window. From here you can drag and drop the abilities you want into the positions you want. Just click and hold on the ability you want to place, then drag it into the space you like on your skill bar.
