To answer the question of where you can get Gyalis, this Temtem is a rare spawn found in the Mines of Mictlan. Specifically, within the area circled in the map image above. You’ll visit this area after escaping from the prison, though you can also revisit the area whenever you like as it’s located just south of Quetzal.
The area where you find Gyalis also contains spawns of Crystle, so if you failed to pick Crystle as your starter and want to add it to your team, you should hang around in the area circled above as well. Keep in mind that Gyalis is a rare spawn, so you’ll likely need to circle around for a while before one pops up.

When you encounter one, it will be either Level 34 or Level 35. Because Gyalis is a mixture between Crystal and Melee Types, you’ll want to bring Temtem that can whittle its health down but not take it out completely. After all, you won’t want to have to circle around for another 5 minutes to find another one!
Once you get its health low enough, throw out a TemCard or TemCard+ (we recommend TemCard+) and keep your fingers crossed. When you successfully capture Gyalis, you can rename it and send it to your Temdeck. Overall, Gyalis is a useful Crystal Type to have on your team. It’s also a Temtem that looks pretty freakin’ cool as well.
