First thing’s first, how do you save in Temtem? Because Temtem is an online game that’s constantly connected to dedicated servers, Temtem utilizes an autosave functionality. With this in place, all of your progress will be tracked for you without you having to do anything.

Temtem autosaves on a regular basis such as whenever you heal your Temtem, complete a battle, complete a quest, and so on. For gamers uncomfortable with the idea of autosaves, the best way to ensure your progress is saved is by healing your Temtem if you’re able. For example, there’s a Temporium in Brical de Mar with several healing stations.

By pressing F and interacting with these stations, you’ll heal your Temtem and in doing so, autosave the game. If your Temtem are at full health, you can use one of the TemDeck stations to take out or store a Temtem and swap your Squad around. This should also help you autosave in Temtem.

Finally, you’ll want to make sure you exit the game properly. To do this, press ESC to open the menu, click on the cog wheel at the end, then choose the “Exit Game” option to close out of Temtem the correct way. By keeping all of the above info in mind, you should have no trouble saving in Temtem!
