As you fight against wild Temtem and battle other Tamers, you’ll likely find yourself wondering how to heal in Temtem. Are there special buildings or items you can use? Yes, there are both! To help make things easier, we’ve put together a guide that’ll explain how you can heal in Temtem.
How to heal in Temtem

In Temtem, you have a few options available to you that’ll help you heal up your Temtem. The first option is an item called a Balm which you receive before you head off to Brical de Mar. By opening your inventory during battle by selecting the bag icon, or using Tab and opening your Backpack after a battle is over, you’ll be able to select and use Balm on your Temtem.
If you run out of Balms, there are opportunities to purchase more from Vendors located throughout the world of Temtem. Looking for a free option? Well, similar to a Pokemon Center (sorry about all the Pokemon references in our guides, it just makes things easier to explain), you’ll find “Temporiums” which house Temtem Vets.

In towns like Brical de Mar, Temporiums are their own buildings which you can visit to heal your Temtem. In wild areas, you may stumble across mini-Temporiums like the one seen in the image above. By pressing F to interact with a mini-Temporium and waiting for the animation to end, you’ll heal up all of your Temtem for free. Great deal, right?
You can use the mini-Temporium as much as you like in the wild area leading to Brical de Mar, which is convenient as you’ll have to endure several Tamer battles and random Temtem encounters. You can also use your Temessence Vial to heal your entire Temtem party, though you'll need to replenish it after using it by visiting a Temporium.
Finally, there are other items similar to Balms that replenish both health and stamina along with moves your Temtem can learn to replenish their health in battle. That said, the primary ways you’ll heal your Temtem at the start of the game are with Balms, Temporiums, and your Temessence Vial.
