It’s Xur time once more in Destiny 2! If you’re new to the game, Xur is an Exotic goods vendor that appears every Friday at a random location in Destiny 2. By finding Xur, you’ll be able to purchase Exotic items in exchange for Legendary Shards. Xur’s location changes every week, which means you may need to spend time searching for him if you intend to purchase Exotics from him.
Fortunately, Xur picks places to spawn on Friday that he’s previously visited. Xur will also remain at his chosen location from Friday until Tuesday, giving you plenty of time to earn some last-minute Legendary Shards if there’s something you really want to buy. With Season of Dawn live in Destiny 2, players have new ways to earn Legendary Shards.
As such, there’s no better time to track down Xur and browse through his inventory of Exotics. To simplify the process, we’ve put together a guide that breaks down where you can find Xur in Destiny 2 and all of the Exotic items he has up for sale during the week of December 13, 2019.
Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - December 13, 2019

In Destiny 2, Xur serves as the game’s Exotic goods vendor who appears at new locations starting on Friday. While Xur typically cycles between areas he’s previously visited, it can still be tiresome to have to travel to all of these possible locations in order to find him. Another thing to keep in mind when looking for Xur is that you won’t be able to find him until Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST).
Because of this, you’ll want to wait to begin your search until at least 10:00 a.m. (PST) or later as you may miss Xur if you arrive at his chosen location too early. When Xur finally arrives in Destiny 2, he will stay put and sell Exotics to anyone with enough Legendary Shards on hand. Again, Xur will remain at his chosen location from Friday until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST).
After Tuesday, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday at the same time to find Xur again. During the week of December 13, Xur can be found in the Watcher’s Grave area on Nessus. To get to Xur, you’ll need to spawn on Nessus, then head over to Calus’ Barge in the Watcher’s Grave area. On the top of Calus’ Barge, you’ll find Xur.
What Xur is selling in Destiny 2 - December 13, 2019

Starting on December 13, you’ll be able to visit Xur at the location detailed above. At this location, you can interact with Xur and browse through his inventory of Exotic items, with Xur’s inventory refreshing each week. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased with Legendary Shards, with most items priced at or around 23 Legendary Shards in total.
Along with Exotic armor pieces for Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans, Destiny 2 players can purchase one Exotic weapon from Xur each week along with a Fated Engram. - Prometheus Lens (Exotic Trace Rifle) - 29 Legendary Shards

In addition to Exotic armor pieces like the Hallowfire Heart, Xur has a Prometheus Lens available for purchase this week. It’s been a while since we’ve seen a Prometheus Lens in Xur’s inventory.
