The original Hellblade released in 2017 to critical praise for its design, and thoughtful approach to a character with mental illness. Now, Senua returns in a trailer for Hellblade II and we couldn’t be more excited. The trailer came on the heels of a reveal of the new Xbox Series X, with Phil Spencer noting that over 15 studios are working on developing games for the console.

It seems like Ninja Theory is one of these studios, which indicates we may see the game release towards the end of 2020. Be sure to check back, as we’ll be updating this article as we learn more about Senua’s Saga Hellblade II. In the meantime, what did you think of the trailer?
