It’s that time of the week again in Destiny 2, when Xur emerges from hiding and loiters around a random location. Starting on Friday, Xur will pick a location and stay there for a few days as an Exotic goods vendor. Given that his location is random, it can be troublesome to sort through all of his previous spawn points in order to track him down.
Furthermore, because Xur sells new Exotic items each week, it can also be helpful to preview a list of what he has up for sale before you spend time trying to find him. During the week of September 20, Xur can be spotted at one of his regular locations selling a new array of Exotic armor pieces as well as an Exotic weapon. After September 24, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to meet up with Xur again.

Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - September 20, 2019

In Destiny 2, Xur chooses the locations he spawns at randomly, though he will cycle through a familiar rotation of areas each week. Starting on Friday, Xur will appear at one of his main haunts. Once there, you can speak with Xur and browse through his collection of Exotic goods, with all items available for purchase in exchange for Legendary Shards.
Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will be available to all players as an Exotic goods vendor in Destiny 2. Xur will remain at this location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), and won’t return until the following Friday at the same time.
During the week of September 20, you can find Xur in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ on Earth. To reach him, you’ll need to spawn in at Winding Cove, then make your way north towards the rocky cliff area. Follow the narrow path towards the back area, near a downed Fallen ship, and nearby you should spot Xur near a section of trees.

During the week of September 20 through September 24, Xur can be found selling a curated mix of Exotic items. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards, with most items priced at or around 23 Legendary Shards in total. Along with Exotic armor pieces for Warlocks, Titans, and Hunters, you can also purchase a new Exotic weapon from Xur as well as a Fated Engram.
