Every week in Destiny 2, Xur drops in and hangs out at a randomized location starting on Friday. At this location, Xur acts as an Exotic goods vendor. Given that his location is randomized, it can be a pain to sort through all of his previous spawn points in order to find him. What’s more, because Xur sells new Exotics each week, it can also be helpful to look over a list of what he’s selling before you waste time tracking him down.
During the week of September 13, Xur can be found at one of his regular locations selling a new array of Exotic armor pieces as well as an Exotic weapon. After September 17, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to find Xur again. At that time, Xur will have moved to a new location and will offer a brand new inventory of Exotics.

Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - September 13, 2019

In Destiny 2, Xur appears at locations at random, though he does tend to cycle through a rotation of familiar areas each week. Starting on Friday, Xur will appear at one of his main rotation locations. There, you can speak with Xur and browse through his collection of Exotic gear, with all items available for purchase in exchange for Legendary Shards.
Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will be available to all players as an Exotic goods vendor in Destiny 2. Xur will remain at this location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), and won’t reappear until the following Friday at the same time.
During the week of September 13, Xur can be found on Titan inside The Rig. To reach Xur, you’ll need to spawn in on Titan, then make your way over to The Rig area. Inside The Rig, turn left then head into the nearest open building. Make another left, then drop down on the floor below. There, you should find Xur.

During the week of September 13 through September 17, Xur can be found selling a wealth of fun Exotic items. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards, with most items priced at or around 23 Legendary Shards in total. Along with Exotic armor pieces for Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters, you can also purchase a new Exotic weapon from Xur as well as a Fated Engram.

- Coldheart (Exotic Trace Rifle) - 29 Legendary Shards

- Chromatic Fire (Exotic Warlock Chest) - 23 Legendary Shards
- Fated Engram - 97 Legendary Shards
Along with Exotic armor pieces like The Dragon’s Shadow, Xur also has a Coldheart Exotic trace rifle this week with some solid rolls attached. While there’s no Invitation of the Nine or anything of that nature, you can still purchase a Fated Engram for 97 Legendary Shards along with a Five of Swords challenge card.
