In Fire Emblem: Three Houses, you have the ability to participate in Faculty Training with other teachers at the Monastery. Most teachers offer some form of Faculty Training which costs 1 Activity Point per person. Note that you can only level up one area offered in each teacher’s Faculty Training list, and this can only be done once per person per day.

After you complete Faculty Training with one teacher, you can visit another if you still have Activity Points left to spend and engage in Faculty Training with them as well. What’s nice is that each teacher offers different two or more skill options, letting you focus on what’s most important to you. For example, if you need to level up your Sword skills, you can visit Catherine, Manuela, or Seteth.

If you want to focus on multiple skills, you can level your Axe with Alois and your Lance with Gilbert. Below, we’ve listed all teachers that offer Faculty Training and the skills they have available to level up!

  • Alois: Axe, Brawl, Heavy Armor
  • Catherine: Brawl, Sword
  • Gilbert: Axe, Heavy Armor, Lance, Riding
  • Hanneman: Bow, Reason, Riding
  • Jeralt: Authority, Lance, Riding
  • Manuela: Faith, Flying, Sword
  • Rhea: Brawl, Faith, Reason, Sword
  • Seteth: Authority, Axe, Flying, Lance, Sword
  • Shamir: Bow, Lance

Again, Faculty Training costs 1 Activity Point per person. During Faculty Training, you can only level up one of the skills offered by that teacher. As long as you have the necessary Activity Points, you can visit multiple teachers and level up different skills under the Faculty Training option.
