Each and every week in Destiny 2, Xur appears at a random location starting on Friday and sells Exotic gear. Given that Xur’s location is randomized, players often find themselves wondering where Xur can be found in Destiny 2. Furthermore, because Xur acts as an Exotic goods vendor in Destiny 2, visiting him can be useful if he has something you need.
During the week of July 26, you’ll be able to head out and find Xur and purchase Exotic armor pieces from him. In addition to Exotic armor, Xur also sells one new Exotic weapon per week. After July 30, Xur will vanish and you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to find him again. At that time, Xur will have moved to a new location and his inventory will change.

Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - July 26, 2019

Xur’s location changes every week in Destiny 2. Starting on Friday, Xur will appear at a new location which varies, though he does tend to follow a pattern by cycling through familiar spots. Once you find Xur, you can interact with him and purchase Exotic items in exchange for Legendary Shards. Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST0, Xur will be available as a vendor in Destiny 2.
Xur will remain at the same location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) and won’t reappear until the following Friday at the same time. During the week of July 26, Xur can be found at a familiar hangout in the Winding Cove area within the EDZ on Earth. To locate Xur, you’ll need to spawn in at Winding Cove, then head north towards the rocky cliff area.
Follow the narrow path there towards the back, close to where the downed Fallen ship resides, and you’ll spot Xur lurking in the treeline.
What Xur is selling in Destiny 2 - July 26, 2019

During the week of July 26 through July 30, Xur can be found selling a fun assortment of Exotic gear. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards, with most items priced at or around 23 Legendary Shards in total. Not only can you purchase Exotic armor and gear for Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters, you can also purchase a brand new Exotic weapon from Xur each week along with a Fated Engram.

- D.A.R.C.I. (Exotic Sniper Rifle) - 29 Legendary Shards

- Wormhusk Crown (Exotic Hunter Helmet) - 23 Legendary Shards

- Invitation of the Nine - 9 Legendary Shards
In addition to Exotic armor pieces like the Vesper of Radius, Xur also has a D.A.R.C.I. Exotic sniper rifle available with some pretty sweet rolls attached. Furthermore, Xur has a new Invitation of the Nine up for grabs for a fitting 9 Legendary Shards. For this week’s Invitation of the Nine, players will find themselves on the “Strength” quest which tasks them with collecting metaphysical samples on Mercury and completing “The Garden World” strike.
Metaphysical samples you’ll need to collect include 9 Cabal samples, 9 Hive samples, and 9 Vex samples.
