Every passing week in Destiny 2, Xur appears at random starting on Friday and sells Exotic gear. Given that Xur’s location is randomized, players often find themselves wondering where to meet up with Xur in Destiny 2. Meanwhile, because Xur acts as an Exotic goods vendor in Destiny 2, visiting him can be useful if there are things you need.
During the week of July 19, you’ll be able to interact with Xur and browse his inventory of Exotic armor pieces. Xur also sells a new Exotic weapon each week. After July 23, Xur will disappear and you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to seek him out again. At that time, Xur will have moved to a new location and his inventory will refresh.
Struggling to find Xur in Destiny 2, or simply want to know what Exotics he has available for purchase? Below, we’ve put together a complete guide on where to find Xur and every Exotic item available for purchase from him in Destiny 2 during the week of July 19!
Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - July 19, 2019
In Destiny 2, Xur’s location changes each week. Every Friday, Xur appears at a new spot, though he tends to follow a pattern by cycling through familiar haunts. When you finally find Xur, you can interact with him and purchase Exotic goods in exchange for Legendary Shards. Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will be available as a vendor in Destiny 2.
Xur will remain at the same location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) and won’t reappear until the following Friday at the same time. During the week of July 19, Xur can be found in the Giant’s Scar region of IO. To find him, you’ll need to spawn into the Giant’s Scar region, then use your Sparrow to travel northwest.
When you spot a large cliff area, hop off your Sparrow and look for a small cave opening near this cliff. Inside the cave, you’ll find Xur.
