In Dragon Quest Builders 2, you’ll need to track down various materials as you work to complete quests. For example, to complete some of the Furrowfield quests, you’ll need to know how to get Oak and Leaves. Aside from this, materials like Oak and Leaves can be quite useful when building other constructions, though it can be tricky at first to know the best (and quickest) way to acquire these items. To help, we’ve put together a quick guide explaining how to get Oak and Leaves in Dragon Quest Builders 2.
How to get Oak and Leaves in Dragon Quest Builders 2
As you work through the Furrowfield quests in Dragon Quest Builders 2, you’ll be given a task that asks you to collect Oak and Leaves. As you search around Furrowfield, you may find yourself confused as to which trees need to be broken down in order to yield Oak. During our time in the game, we found that the Bodkin Bog area and adjacent rain forest is the best spot to farm for Oak in Dragon Quest Builders 2.
For Oak, you’ll need to break down dark, creepy wood trees. Meanwhile, Leaves can be collected as you clear out patches of foliage. Leaves are a bit easier as they can be collected from any cluster of foliage, rather than a specific tree or location. For example, if you’re wandering through the rain forest, clearing out foliage from any of the trees should yield you a nice supply of Leaves.
The real kicker is Oak as you’ll need to break down specific Oak trees which, as we’ve noted above, are dark in nature and can be found in areas like Bodkin Bog.
