Every week, Fortnite players are given a new series of challenges, with a new list of challenges currently live for Season 9 Week 8. After taking a look at the list, the Season 9 Week 8 challenges don’t seem too difficult to complete. Instead, they require a bit of patience and time in the game.
Rather than scramble to find and complete all Season 9 Week 8 challenges (both free and Battle Pass), we wanted to make everything easier by putting things together in a comprehensive list. Fortnite Season 9 Week 8 - Free Challenges
- Apply (0/400) Shields.
- Visit (0/3) different clocks.
- Eliminate (0/7) opponents in Snobby Shores or Mega Mall.
Fortnite Season 9 Week 8 - Battle Pass Challenges
- Damage (0/500) opponents with Assault Rifles.
- Land (0/1) at Paradise Palms.
- Land (0/1) at Neo Tilted.
- Land (0/1) at Mega Mall.
- Land (0/1) at Pleasant Park.
- Land (0/1) at Junk Junction.
- Use a Volcano Vent, Air Vent, and a Zipline in a single match (0/3).
- Get (0/5) eliminations outside of named locations.
The free challenges this week can be a bit time-consuming, particularly the one where you need to apply (0/400) Shields, but shouldn’t be too difficult to complete. Meanwhile, the Battle Pass challenges are largely comprised of landing at different locations, making it easy to breeze through them. What’s nice is that you can combine your work on the free and Battle Pass challenges.
For example, you can land at Mega Mall to complete that Battle Pass challenge, then get (0/7) eliminations at Mega Mall to cross that off the list of free challenges. In the end, the way you complete these challenges is left entirely up to you. The most important thing is that you complete the challenges before the end of Season 9 Week 8 of Fortnite.
