You can get Fey Leaf as a drop from Moco Weed, a demon that’s commonly found in the Garden of Silence. These small plants lie on the floor and snap up at anyone who walks over them. They’re more of a pain than a real threat, so it’s likely that you’ll have jumped past most of them rather than killed them. If you're having any trouble, they're particularly weak to fire, so make use of any shards or weapons that deal fire damage.

As shown in the Archive, the drop rate for Fey Leaf is only 6% from Moco Weeds. You’ll need to kill a lot of them to get enough Fey Leaf in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. We recommend going to the room shown on the map above. It’s right before the gap you’ll need the chariot to cross at first. There are several Moco Weeds in this room, meaning you can quickly dash through, kill them all and pick up any items they drop, then exit the room and re-enter so that the Moco Weeds respawn. Repeat the loop of this room as many times as needed until you get the Fey Leaf you need.
