To get the Hibiscus Potion needed to wake either sleeping Zelda or sleeping Link, you’ll need to visit Kakariko Village in Cadence of Hyrule. There, you’ll find the sleeping character and learn that in order to wake them up, you’ll need to give them Hibiscus Potion. To get the Hibiscus Potion, head right through Kakariko Village until you reach the cemetery.

At the very back of the cemetery, interact with a large gravestone to reveal a set of hidden stairs leading down to an underground dungeon. Explore this dungeon until you receive a Key, then use the Key to unlock the battle room where you’ll face off against your shadow self. Defeat your shadow self and you’ll earn the Hibiscus Potion.
