Each week in Destiny 2, Xur shows up on Friday at a random location and serves as the game’s Exotic goods vendor. During the week of May 31, you’ll be able to seek out Xur and purchase Exotic armor pieces as well as an Exotic weapon from him. After June 4, Xur disappears, and players will need to wait until the following Friday to interact with Xur again.
At that time, Xur will have moved to a new location and his inventory will refresh with new Exotic items. Where to Find Xur in Destiny 2 - May 31, 2019

In Destiny 2, Xur moves from location to location each week and appears starting on Friday. Once players find Xur, they’re able to purchase Exotic goods from him in exchange for Legendary Shards. Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will appear at random in the world of Destiny 2.
Xur will remain at his chosen location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) and won’t be available again until the following Friday at the same time. During the week of May 31, Xur is located at one of his regular hangouts in the Tower. To find Xur, spawn into the Tower, then make your way back towards the Hangar.
From there, proceed to where you’d find the Dead Orbit vendor and behind his location, you should be able to spot Xur.
What Xur is Selling in Destiny 2 - May 31, 2019

During the week of May 31 through June 4, Xur can be found selling a varied collection of Exotic items. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards, with most items priced at around 23 Legendary Shards in total.
Not only can you purchase Exotic armor pieces for Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters, Xur also sells a brand new Exotic weapon each week along with a Fated Engram. Wondering what Exotic items are available for purchase this week? Below, we’ve listed all Exotic weapons and armor sold by Xur during the week of May 31 in Destiny 2!
- Wings of Sacred Dawn (Exotic Warlock Chest) - 23 Legendary Shards
- Aeon Safe (Exotic Titan Gauntlets) - 23 Legendary Shards
- Fr0st-EE5 (Exotic Hunter Legs) - 23 Legendary Shards
- Fated Engram - 97 Legendary Shards
- Invitation of the Nine - 9 Legendary Shards
As you might’ve noticed, Xur has no Exotic weapon up for grabs this week. While this is undoubtedly disappointing, he does have an Invitation of the Nine available which was missing from his inventory last week. Not only can you buy Exotic armor pieces like the Aeon Safe and Wings of Sacred Dawn from Xur, Destiny 2 players also have the ability to purchase a new Invitation of the Nine this week for a fitting 9 Legendary Shards.
For this week’s Invitation of the Nine, players will find themselves on “The High Priestess” quest which tasks them with completing “The Inverted Spire” strike. You’ll also need to collect metaphysical samples from defeated combatants on Nessus including 9 Cabal samples, 9 Fallen samples, and 9 Vex samples.
