How to Use the Ukulele in Risk of Rain 2
As with most items in Risk of Rain 2, the Ukulele can be picked up during your run through the game and added to your inventory. By picking up the Ukulele, you’ll be rewarded with an ability to cause chain lightning damage to your opponents from afar. To break this down even further, with the Ukulele on hand, you have a 25% chance to deal 80% chain lightning to as many as 3 targets within 20 meters of you.
What’s nice about the Ukulele is that you’re able to stack the item, with the cap being 11 Ukuleles per single run for a 25% chance of hitting as many as 23 opponents within 40 meters. Finding 11 Ukuleles in a single run can be a bit of a challenge, though it should be easier than other items like the Tougher Times teddy bear.
The reason for this is due to the Ukulele’s uncommon rarity, making it appear more often than rarer items. Even if you’re unable to gather 11 Ukuleles in a run, you should be able to build up a nice, powerful stack. Note that every time you pick up another Ukulele, you stack +2 to the number of enemies you can hit and +2 meters to your overall range.
Due to the efficacy of the Ukulele’s chain lightning damage, it's quickly become one of our favorite items in Risk of Rain 2. Now that you have a better idea as to how it works, we recommend taking the time to stack up a Ukulele (or 11) during your next Risk of Rain 2 run!
