The easiest way to access the closed beta for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is to pre-order a copy for either Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or Windows PC. On the game’s official website, you can easily pre-order a copy for your preferred platform of choice. There are a couple different versions to choose on the site including Standard, Gold, and Ultimate Edition.

Depending on how much you’re willing to spend, the Ultimate Edition offers the most in terms of in-game bonuses. Of course, you can still gain access to the closed beta by pre-ordering the Standard Edition. Meanwhile, if you’re on the fence about purchasing the game, you can sign up for closed beta access without pre-ordering.

To do this you'll need to visit the beta page, scroll down, and near the pre-order button, there’s a separate button that will let you sign up for the closed beta. All you need to do is provide your email and then verify and confirm your email address. After that, keep an eye on your email for an invitation to the closed beta.

Keep in mind that not all who sign up will be given access to the closed beta, so if you want guaranteed access you’ll need to pre-order a copy of the game. Regardless of whether you pre-order or sign up, the closed beta begins on February 7 and lasts until February 10. During that time, those who have access to the closed beta will be able to fully explore and test out Tom Clancy’s The Division 2.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is scheduled to release on March 15, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
