Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - August 31, 2018

In Destiny 2, gamers have been wondering where to find Xur and what he’s selling. Starting August 31 and running until September 4, Xur can be found at the same particular location selling an array of Exotic gear. Each week, we’ll post updates on Xur’s new location and inventory as he moves around the world of Destiny 2.

Where to Find Xur in Destiny 2 - August 31, 2018

Every week in Destiny 2, Xur randomly appears at a new location and offers gamers a selection of wares that can be purchased using Legendary Shards. Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will appear at a random spot in Destiny 2.

He’ll remain there until the following Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), and won’t reappear until the next Friday. During the week of August 31 through September 4, you can find Xur in the Winding Cove area within the European Dead Zone on Earth.

When you arrive at Winding Cove, take a right and then head directly south all the way across the area’s marshlands. When you reach a fork in the road, head right again. Eventually, you’ll come upon three rocks on your left. Investigate these three rocks closer and you’ll find Xur chilling out on one of them.

What Xur is Selling in Destiny 2 - August 31, 2018

In Destiny 2 during the week of August 31, Xur has an inventory full of interesting Exotic items. These items can all be purchased using Legendary Shards. Below, you’ll find the full list of items Xur is selling in Destiny 2 while he hangs out in Winding Cove.

• Ashen Wake (Titan Gauntlets) - 23 Legendary Shards
• Knucklehead Radar (Hunter Helmet) - 23 Legendary Shards
• Vesper of Radius (Warlock Chest) - 23 Legendary Shards
• Prometheus Lens Trace Rifle - 29 Legendary Shards
• Three of Coins - 31 Legendary Shards
• Fated Engram - 97 Legendary Shards

For those wondering what the Three of Coins or Fated Engram do in Destiny 2, here’s a brief recap. After use, the Three of Coins will boost your Exotic drop rate for four hours in Destiny 2. Meanwhile, the Fated Engram guarantees you an Exotic item that you don't already have in your Destiny 2 inventory.
