When does the Battlefield V beta start?

One thing many gamers have been curious about is when the Battlefield V beta will start. As of right now, the beta period for Battlefield V is scheduled to begin in September. However, the days will differ depending on factors such as whether or not you pre-ordered a copy of Battlefield V.

To help clear everything up, we put together a quick guide on when the Battlefield V beta will start and how you can participate!

When Does the Battlefield V Beta Start?

Right now, the Battlefield V beta is scheduled to begin on September 4 for select players, and September 6 for all players. To qualify for the beta start date of September 4, you’ll need to meet certain criteria such as:

With that criteria met, you’ll be able to gain access to the Battlefield V beta starting on September 4. Conversely, all players who’ve pre-ordered the game will be able to access the Battlefield V open beta as of September 6. Note that pre-load for the Battlefield V beta will begin on September 3 at 8:00 p.m. (UTC), 1:00 p.m. (PST), and 4:00 p.m. (EST).

To have quicker access to the Battlefield V beta on either September 4 or September 6, we recommend setting aside time to pre-load the game starting September 3. EA and DICE have yet to specify how long the beta period for Battlefield V will last. Judging by previous betas from EA and DICE, Battlefield V players can expect the beta to last for a few days up to a week.
