Support - Fastest Time to Kill Guns
Support fills the gap in ranges between the Assault and Medic, where one is too far and the other too close. For this reason, we’ll be utilizing a range of 15 metres, though there are a few guns that work just as well at 20 to 40 metres.
Chauchat Telescopic
Added in the DLC, They Shall Not Pass, the Chauchat gives Support players another excellent LMG with one of the fastest time-to-kills in Battlefield 1. Due to the range at which you can engage using the Support’s weaponry, using the Optic version of the Chauchat is recommended. This reduces the spread, making it easier to capitalize on its rate of fire.
BAR 1918 Telescopic
The BAR 1918 is a weapon most Supports will use at least once through their Battlefield 1 career, if not the gun they fall back on. It comes as no surprise that the BAR 1918 boasts a fast time-to-kill, making minced meat of enemies.
Madsen MG Trench
Rounding off the Support weapons is the Madsen MG, a machine gun that is extremely effective in closer ranges, even rivalling some of the distances an Assault class can cover.
