Statistically Speaking: 5 Maps Where Players Live Longest

The average life-time of a player is longer on these maps than any others!

Sand River

Sand River comes in at a tidy 4th, beating out Karelia with an average life-time five seconds longer: 4 minutes and 57 seconds.

Being one of the more open maps, it’s surprising to see Sand River boasting such a high life-time average. This becomes even more impressive when you consider all the excellent sight-lines and positions for a Tank Destroyer to sit in and snipe.

A lot of the combat occurs around dunes, and yet Sand River is still a map where players live a long time.

The heatmap from vBAddict paints a pretty picture, with the vast majority of the player movement occurring along the very south line with a solid mass in the center of the north. While a lot of these locations are excellent for taking out enemies, they can also leave you susceptible to attack.
