Highest DPM Heavy Tanks – Tier 9
The Heavy tanks in Tier 9 take what Tier 8 offered and pushed it further. This tier of play offers the highest DPM out of all the tanks on the list, making it a choice place to stop for the tanker looking for a pure DPM style.
M103
Starting off Tier 9 is the American M103, the USA’s first entrant on the list. With a DPM of 2,025, the M103 is able to dish out large amounts of damage. Adding to this power is the M103’s extremely well-sloped frontal armor and sturdy mantlet, making it able to withstand frontal attacks, which is handy if you want to utilize its good accuracy and penetration values.
Type 4 Heavy
The Japanese Type 4 Heavy is one of the many tanks that players hate to fight against, and this is due to a myriad of reasons. The Type 4 Heavy benefits from devastatingly thick armor all around, with even the rear hull boasting an incredible 150 mm of protection. However, with a DPM of 2,700, the Type 4 Heavy isn’t just a well-armored monster, it’s one with a heck of a lot of firepower.
Conqueror
If you thought the Type 4 Heavy had some impressive DPM, the Conqueror laughs in its face with its DPM of over 3,000 when using the top configuration and HESH rounds. With a the largest DPM out of all Heavy tanks, the Conqueror spits out damage with its gun that boasts decent accuracy, aim time, and penetration. As mentioned, the Conqueror can fire HESH rounds that are perfect for killing enemy crew. Even the turret is sturdy, thick, and small, making it useful in a hull-down position.
