The Hideaway, second part of Little Nightmares’ three-part Secrets of the Maw DLC has released today.
This part continues to follow The Runaway Kid, accomplice of the main game’s Six. This chapter has you seeking out and rescuing Nomes to discover the secret they’re hiding. Check out the trailer below.
Publisher Bandai Namco goes into a bit more detail, saying:
“The Runaway Kid will have to find and rescue the Nomes, to escape from this gloomy place. These curious creatures have a secret but they can help as well to overcome all obstacles! Where are all these Nomes coming from? What secrets are buried in their nest? This second story introduces more complex puzzle mechanics that will require you to work with the Nomes and a hub-like layout to let you have more freedom for exploration.”
If you’ve yet to try the main game, there’s now a demo available to get your properly spooked. The final part from Secrets of the Maw is due February 10, 2018.
