Prey - Hidden Safe in Trauma Center

Where to find the hidden safe in the Trauma Center in Prey.

This guide will show you where to find and how to unlock the hidden safe in the Trauma Center in Prey. In the Lobby of Talos I is a Trauma Center where the injured are sent for medical treatment. However, hidden behind a painting is a safe full of vital items.

How to Find the Trauma Center

To find the Trauma Center, you will need to head to the second floor on the right-hand side of the Talos I Lobby. The Trauma Center has a lot of rooms that require keycards, so it can be helpful to know where to find all the keycards.

However, there is one keycard for the Trauma Center on the lobby’s reception desk and another on the third floor in the Executive Offices. Before you enter the Trauma Center, be sure to find the shotgun as you will need it to kill the Typhon inside.

Take your shotgun and keycards and access the Trauma Center on the second floor.

How to Unlock the Hidden Safe in Trauma Center

To find and unlock the hidden safe in the Trauma Center, you will need to enter Mathias Kohl’s office and use the main computer to begin a new Behavior Test. Keep in mind, there are two patrolling Typhon aliens, so either kill them with your shotgun or sneak past them.

Once you have the Behavior Test activated, go to the other computer and answer questions using the following responses. If you do not use these responses the hidden safe will not be revealed.

The first two answers are: "Familiar" and "Calm. It was worth it."

The next two answers are: "Do nothing" and "Push the fat man."

The last answer is: "Do nothing."

If you’ve answered all the questions correctly, the painting on the opposite wall will lift up, revealing the hidden safe. Approach the safe and collect your TranScribe recording and your three Neuromods. It can be a good idea to hold onto these Neuromods until you’ve found some more, that way you can quickly increase your power or learn about how you want to play Prey.

If you followed this guide, you should now know where to find and how to unlock the hidden safe in the Trauma Center in Prey.
