Antique Coin 1
The first Antique Coin you can find on Normal difficulty in Resident Evil 7 is located in the Derelict House Tape. Start up the tape, take a few steps backward and look at the ground to find a lockpick. Make your way into the kitchen and use the Lockpick on the locked drawer. After the tape finishes, using Ethan, open the drawer to collect the first Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 2
Another Antique Coin can be found in the crawl space beneath the house when you first reach the Main House. You can find this Antique Coin sitting on the lawnmower shortly after running from Jack for the first time.
Antique Coin 3
This Antique Coin on Normal mode is found in the drawer to the left of the Main Hall. As soon as you open the door using the Bronze figure, turn left and open the top drawer to find the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 4
To find this Antique Coin you will need to head upstairs to the Recreation Room. The Antique Coin is sitting on a piece of furniture near a bronze statue. There is a Mr Everywhere in the basket beside the Antique Coin.

This Antique Coin is found in the small room between the Drawing Room and Monitoring Room. You can reach this by using the crawl space after solving the first shadow puzzle. The Antique Coin is in the ashtray on the table beside the lantern.

To find this Antique Coin head into the basement and pull aside the blue gate. In the next room is a wooden pallet leaning against the wall, the Antique Coin is sitting on the bricks behind the pallet.

Another Antique Coin can be found the first time you leave the Main House. Head outside, down the stairs and turn right. Move through the bushes to find this Antique Coin in a small flower pot.

This Antique Coin is in the trailer beside the bird cage that holds the Magnum.

To find this Antique Coin head into the Old House, destroy the bug nest, head into the tunnel and look on top of the metal table.

This Antique Coin is found in the room with the lantern lock. When you reach the lock and have to leave, look for the set of drawers in the corner, the Antique Coin will be in the top drawer.
Antique Coin 13
To find this Antique Coin head into the Testing Area and make your way toward the barn fight. Before entering the barn, there will be a room at the end of a long hallway that is full of bombs. The Antique Coin is in this room in the top drawer of the table.

Another Antique Coin can be found after you receive the passcode from the charred body. The Antique Coin will be on a set of wooden shelves in the following room where the stairs descend.

This Antique Coin is found in the Wrecked Ship when playing as Mia. When you first enter the ship and see the ghostly images, drop down into the access tunnel and search the dead ends to find this Antique Coin.

To find this Antique Coin is located in below some water in the Wrecked Ship where you must jump down to reach a ladder. Standing with your back to the ladder, look down into the water to spot this Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 17
Another Antique Coin location on Normal difficulty is in a locked work box on the Wrecked Ship on the level 3F in the Control Room. You will need to find the lockpick that is hidden in a box. Head to 2F, enter the room on the far right and climb the ladder, the box will contain the lockpick. Take the lockpick to the Control Room on 3F to collect your Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 18
The final Antique Coin location on Normal difficulty in Resident Evil 7 is locked in a Corrosive-box between No. 1 Engine Room and the Cargo Bay on floor S2. You will need Corrosive to open this box, so ensure you save at least one during this mission.
