6 Worst Tanks in World of Tanks

These are just some of the armored vehicles the community thinks are the worst tanks in World of Tanks.

Churchill GC

The Churchill GC comes with flat armor and an extremely limited gun traverse, making it perfect for the tanker looking to have a bad time.

Closing off our list is the Churchill Gun Carrier, the only tank that was consistently mentioned as one of the worst tanks players ever had the displeasure of playing. This British Tier 6 Tank destroyer is classed as a transitional tank, meaning it acts as a stepping stone between two tank types.

The downside of this being that it doesn’t get the full benefits of being a TD and it certainly doesn’t get the positives of being a heavy tank. Instead of featuring the thick armor of a heavy tank, the Churchill GC is stuck with thin, flat armor, making it difficult to survive in combat. Any other respectable tank destroyer would have its gun front and center, able to aim easily even with limit turret traverse.

However, the Churchill takes this one step further by placing it off-center and pinned between the tracks. Thanks to its poor gun depression, sniping from rises isn't an option for the Churchill.

World of Tanks is all about finding a tank you enjoy playing, but for the vast majority of people, the above tanks are arguably some of the worst tanks in the game. Thanks to their poor armor, unconventional tank type, poor speeds, or some combination of other elements, these tanks are considered horrendous.
