6 Things Gamers Could Buy Instead of the Nintendo Switch

You might be better off skipping the Nintendo Switch for one of these gaming options.

PC Gaming Accessories Bundle

This bundle doesn’t exist beyond me making it up right now, but I’ve opted to toss together a few of my favorite PC gaming accessories, which land just shy of the $470 USD range you’d be paying for the Nintendo Switch and accessories.

Let's start with the keyboard and mouse. The Corsair Gaming K95 RGB Mechanical Keyboard for $190 is what I’m writing this article on right now, and is one of the best gaming keyboards out there. The Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum RGB Tunable Gaming Mouse for $80 is sitting in a box next to my desk, because I’m apparently too lazy to take a minute to hook it up. The perfect complement to these two would be the Corsair Gaming MM300 Anti-Fray Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad. While I don’t own one at the moment, it’s only about $30, so I’ll probably purchase it as soon as I finish up here.

We got our prices from Amazon, but they may vary based on retailer and various sale prices.

However, we still have funds to burn, so let’s toss in the Sennheiser HD 598 Cs Closed Back Headphones for $140, which I also own. This puts my gaming accessories bundle at about $440 in total. Factor in a bit of tax and a little shipping, and you’re there. You just scored three of the most important accessories when it comes to PC gaming for the price of a Nintendo Switch, with each of these products holding more than four out of five stars on Amazon.
