The Type 59 is a Chinese Tier 8 Premium tank that was removed from sale due to its sheer power. The Type 59 was so powerful it wound up limiting the diversity of battle, as most people preferred using the Type 59 far more than other Premium tanks.

While the Type 59 is no longer available, it would definitely have earned itself a spot on our list of best Premium tanks in World of Tanks. Though this tank is no longer available for purchase, it can still be used by its owners. Because of this, we recommend keeping an eye out for a tank with 200mm of frontal turret armor and a gun that can dish out 330 damage using HE shells!
