Sony shows off tons of indie titles at Paris Games Week

Hong Kong Massacre! Oure! A Spelunky 2 logo!

Sony got its Paris Games Week PlayStation 4 conference off to flyer today with a preshow packed with indie titles, including a couple of exciting new ones, one that's out today, and the news that Spelunky 2 is in development.

One of the most exciting was The Hong Kong Massacre, a top-down twin-stick shooter that looks like a cross between Hotline Miami and Sleeping Dogs.

We also got to see a trailer for a beautiful-looking game called Oure (pronounced "ooh-rey"), in which you play as a child who can turn into a dragon, and have to fly around Journey-esque landscapes climbing onto Shadow of the Colossus-esque titans to convince them to return to their day jobs. This one looked very cool, but the best news was that it's actually being released today. Yes, you should be able to buy it pretty much now.

Not content with that, Sony rounded out the preshow with the completely awesome news that Spelunky 2 is in development by Derek Yu's Mossmouth. Spelunky is one of our all-time favorites, and we may have done a little dance in our hair at the sight of the logo. Unfortunately, that's all we have to go on for now.

Sony also showed off a bunch of other indie titles, and the trailers are handily available on their YouTube channel to check out. Here's a rundown and links:
