Mass Effect Andromeda novel will wrap-up quarian plotline

The fate of the quarian ark in Mass Effect Andromeda will be revealed in a tie-in novel coming next summer.

Rumours as the the books plot had been floating through the galaxy map for some time now, but Bioware have now confirmed that Mass Effect: Annihilation will detail the ship’s fate. The description states that the “official tie-in novel chronicles the journey of the Keelah Si'yah as it carries 20,000 drell, elcor, batarian, and quarian colonists to Andromeda.”

Andromeda, which was hoped to start a new sequence for the Mass Effect series, did not receive the critical acclaim EA had hoped for, and hopes for a followup title look slip. Hopefully this novel, written by Catherynne M. Valente, will serve to tie up some of the loose ends fans of the game had been hoping for closure on.
