Overwatch launches Pink Mercy charity event for breast cancer research

Get gear, save lives.

Blizzard has launched a new limited Overwatch skin, Pink Mercy, in aid of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). The skin costs $15 and is available from now until May 21.

All the proceeds from sales of the Pink Mercy skin will go to the charity, with Blizzard guaranteeing a minimum donation of at least $250,000. If the total rises above that, the full donation will be revealed when the promotion ends.

You can also buy a real t-shirt for your real human body, designed by community artist VICKISIGH, to commemorate the event, and there will also be regular livestreams promoting the fundraising drive. You can earn an exclusive ribbon item by playing Overwatch during the Pink Mercy event, and earn emotes and sprays by watching the Twitch streams (if your Blizzard and Twitch accounts are linked). You'll need to watch six hours of streaming to unlock all the freebies.

You can find all the details on the Overwatch page.
