Epic Games has released a teaser video of one of Fortnite's upcoming new gadgets, and it's one that has definitely caught the eye of the community. It's the Port-a-Fort. Let's see it in action.
As you can see, it does exactly what you'd expect: creates an instant fortress wherever you drop or throw it. It's a portable fort. It's a port-a-fort.
The addition seems like a logical evolutionary step for the game's massively popular Battle Royale mode, whose action-thirsty players may not be that interested in getting to grips with the core game's deeper construction and crafting aspects.
The Port-a-Fort is now live in the game and since it looks like a meteor is about to hit the Fortnite map any day now, maybe carrying a fortress in your pocket isn't such a bad idea.
