Crossing Souls, the charming 80s-inspired adventure from developer Fourattic and publisher Devolver Digital, is out now on PlayStation 4 and PC. Crossing Souls is so ‘80s, you can almost taste the hairspray.
Set in California in 1986, players follow a group of friends who discover a strange pink stone that allows them to travel between realms. Players are introduced to Chris, Charlene, Joe, Matthew, and Kevin, a group of ragtag teens who must come together to fend of a dangerous threat encroaching on their small town. Things get a bit out of hand when the government gets involved, and it’s up to you and your crew to get to the bottom of this supernatural mystery.
If you’re a fan of retro games, enjoy a good dose of ‘80s nostalgia á la Stranger Things, or are down for a fabulous earworm-worthy soundtrack, then you will likely have a blast with Crossing Souls. Check out the release trailer above if you still need convincing.
Crossing Souls is available now on PS4 and PC and has a retail price of $14.99. However, the Steam version has a special 20% off discount promotion that runs until February 20.
