To harvest Coral Bone, you’ll need to search through the various bone piles found in the Coral Highlands (a hint given in the item description for Coral Bone). Note that the Coral Highlands is the third map you unlock in Monster Hunter: World, so if you’ve yet to unlock the Coral Highlands, that should be your first priority before you pursue Coral Bone.
When it comes to harvesting Coral Bone, there are a grand total of five bone piles in the Coral Highlands, all of which can be found on the northern and eastern sides of the map. If you’re unsuccessful during your initial search through the five bone piles of the Coral Highlands don’t worry, the piles restock after a few minutes.
