Last week, the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account broke its four-year silence with a mysterious one-worded tweet. The Cyberpunk 2077 hype train rages on this week, with news of the game’s potential appearance at E3 2018.
According to Polish gaming website GRYOnline, Cyberpunk 20177 will reportedly debut a new trailer at E3 in June. The news site also mentions that press attendees will be able to enjoy a fully playable demo of Cyberpunk 2077 behind-closed-doors.
Although CD Projekt Red’s upcoming futuristic RPG has been in production for what seems like eons, fans have seen and heard very little about the project since the Cyberpunk 2077 teaser trailer in 2013. Given the timing of the recent tweet, it seems likely that the team at CD Projekt Red are preparing for a proper reveal.
E3 2018 will take place in Los Angeles from June 12-14. If CDPR handles Cyberpunk 2077 the way they did The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, then the trailer may be revealed just ahead of the big event. We’ll keep you updated as soon as more Cyberpunk 2077 details are announced.
