Players can purchase cosmetic items from the item shop using V-Bucks, which is the in-game currency used in Fortnite. This guide will explain the best ways to earn V-Bucks in Fortnite for players who want to buy customizations from the Item Shop and Season Shop.
Daily Quests & Login
One of the most consistent ways to earn V-Bucks in Fortnite is to log into the game each day and complete daily quests. When you log in for the first time each day, your random daily reward may contain V-Bucks. Additionally, daily quests typically reward about 50 V-Bucks upon completion.
Daily quests will change each day. Get in the habit of doing daily quests when you login to ensure you don’t miss out on earning some easy V-Bucks in Fortnite.
Main Quests & Side Quests

While you may be tempted to start adding a ton of survivors and heroes to the Collection Book, we don’t recommend doing it this way. Since the Collection Book permanently retires whatever hero or item you add to it, it’s best to only add things that you have a duplicate card for, so that you don’t lose a valuable hero, survivor, or schematic. When used properly, the Collection Book is a great source of V-Bucks in Fortnite.
