Stories Untold
We’ve talked about this text-based horror game briefly in the past, but now that it’s officially up for grabs on Steam, we felt it was only right to delve a little deeper. Stories Untold features a Stranger Things vibe with its retro 80s setting and clever storytelling.
In the game, you explore four different interconnected stories, each offering new insight into the mentality of the main character. While largely based on text input, the game also serves up a fair share of puzzles and exploration to keep things interesting. Desync
Desync is an interesting first-person shooter with a futuristic Tron aesthetic. In the game, you’ll have to come up with unique combos and attacks to take down a wide variety of opponents. Each weapon you come across has multiple different fire modes, giving everything a sharp edge of variety.
Desync is challenging, though not exactly as punishing as Superhot, helping the game balance right in the middle. If you’re a fan of strategic FPS shooters that boast creative environments, this game will make you feel right. Buy Desync on Steam.
Hollow Knight
Hollow Knight by Team Cherry is a charming 2D platformer with a bit of Metroidvania-style gameplay and dungeon crawling thrown in for good measure. In the game, you’ll investigate a ruined kingdom that lies deep beneath the town of Dirtmouth.

For The King
For The King is a quaint RPG tale about a kingdom in upheaval following the death of its King. Assigned to protect the kingdom against a looming threat by the Queen, you and your makeshift party will have to work together in honor of the fallen King.
The game allows you to play either single-player, local, or online co-op and blends elements of tactical strategy, JRPG story mechanics, and roguelike gameplay. If you’re seeking a new quest, you’ll find a worthy one to be had in For The King. Buy For The King on Steam.
Blackwake
Personally, we feel there aren’t nearly enough pirate games on the marketplace. Fortunately, Blackwake has risen up on Steam to fill the void, and boy does it do a wonderful job! At its core, Blackwake is a multiplayer FPS game where you and your crew must work side-by-side to emerge victorious in a series of intense naval battles.
