Call of Duty: WW2 will run at 4K on Xbox One X

High-fidelity trenches.

The Xbox One X version of CoD: WW2 will have 4K support, according to new physical boxart.

4K support has yet to be officially confirmed for this year’s shooter, but UK retailer GAME has put up preorders for the title including new boxart which lists both 4K support and High Dynamic Range (HDR) — great news for those planning to grab the new console. The CoD series has had close deals with Sony during this generation, so Activision remaining quiet on the Xbox front isn’t too much of a surprise, but this at least offers some further justification for potential One X buyers.
