Dead Island 2 Brock's Safe Key location

Learn where to find Brock's Safe Key so you can unlock the Safe of Broseidon in Dead Island 2.

If you’re looking to secure a powerful weapon early in Dead Island 2, it’s worth hunting down Brock’s safe key location. This will let you open up the Safe of Broseidon inside the influencer Goat Pen and secure a meaty rare club with which to bash in zombie skulls. You can’t access it the first time you explore the house, so in this guide we’ll explain how to get Brock’s safe key so you can upgrade your gear.

You can find Brock’s Safe Key in Dead Island 2 after your first visit to the Halperin Hotel. Once you’ve been through there (and gobbled up all the Safe Deposit Keys within), you’ll return to Bel Air as night begins to fall. Instead of returning straight to Emily Jaunt’s house, head back to the Goat Pen.

There’s a side mission called Clickbait you can take on here, but first make your way up to the middle floor with the swimming pool and gym. Inside the gym will be a large Crusher-type zombie called Brock. Take him out and he’ll drop Brock’s Safe Key.

Once you have that in your possession, head upstairs within the Goat pen to the streaming bedroom in which you first got the Goat Pen Keycard. Just to the left of the bed inside is the Safe of Broseidon, which can be unlocked with your new key. Grab the weapon which pops out from inside and you can head on your way.

You’ve now grabbed Brock’s Safe Key in Dead Island 2, and can start completing the Clickbait side missions or heading back to Emma Jaunt’s place. But while you’re in the area, don’t miss the opportunity to snag a second rare weapon by finding Coach’s Car Keys and so you can unlock the Agile Golf Club as well.
