Resident Evil 4 Farm Blue Medallion locations

One of the first tasks you’ll find in the Resident Evil 4 remake asks you to destroy five Blue Medallions in the Farm area by the windmill. Once you pick up the notice about the Blue Medallions, you’ll be able to see their locations on the map. But in case you’re having any trouble finding them precisely, we’ve put together a quick guide to all Resident Evil 4 Farm Blue Medallion locations with instructions for how to reach them.

Resident Evil 4 Farm Blue Medallion locations

There are five Blue Medallions located in the Farm section of Resident Evil 4, which is the exact area you’ll be in when you find the note under the windmill. They’re found in the positions marks on the map above. Shoot or knife each one to destroy it. Here’s how to reach all of them.

Farm Blue Medallion 1

The first Blue Medallion location is on the back wall of the typewriter house at the entrance of the area. Walk around the building and look at its rear to spot it under some thin branches.

Farm Blue Medallion 2

The second Farm Blue Medallion is in the large open barn in the middle of the area. It has a cow inside. This one is hidden on the back of one of the left wooden pillars, so we recommend heading round to the west side of the barn and looking back in through the window beside the fence.

Farm Blue Medallion 3

The third Resident Evil 4 Farm Blue Medallion is in the small shack at the back of the pigsty. It’s hanging above the beams inside, so look up as you go in. This is next to the rotating wheel with a treasure dangling off it. Be sure to shoot that when it isn’t over the dirty water to avoid devaluing the treasure.

Farm Blue Medallion 4

The fourth Blue Medallion in the Farm is hanging in the upper window of the main barn/house. Look up at the building from the north side or out through the window when on the upper level and you’ll easily see it.

Farm Blue Medallion 5

The final Blue Medallion is hanging under the walkway out the back of the windmill. You’ll need to enter the door by the windmill gate and climb up to the higher level. Take the small door on the east side here and jump down from the walkway. Turn around and you’ll see the medallion hanging above you. Be sure to also grab the flagon treasure from the chest here before you enter the main barn building.
