Missed the February Nintendo Direct? Not to worry, we’ve gathered all the major game announcements, reveals and trailers below for you to scan though. With Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Pikmin 4, Advance Wars, Metroid Prime and so much shown, it was a packed Direct with plenty for Switch fans to look forward to.

Pikmin 4 releases July 21
Pikmin 4 opened the show with a lengthy look at gameplay. New features for the series include a n instructable dog-like pal and sinister night-time transformations. It’s out on July 21.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansions Pass Volume 3 and story DLC
The third chunk of the Xenoblade Chronicles Expansion Pass arrives February 15 and brings a new hero called Masha to the team. It also adds new challenge battles to take on and outfits based on previous Xenoblade characters. Nintendo also teased a new story segment for Volume 4.
Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania DLC releases March 6
Dead Cells meets classic Castlevania in this new DLC arriving next month. Pair up with classic vampire hunters and wield iconic Castlevania weapons as you take on Death and Dracula.
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective returns from the grave this summer
The Nintendo DS supernatural mystery game Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is being remastered for Switch this summer. Solve your own murder and keep your ally alive in this unusual title from Ace Attorney creator Shu Takumi.
Decapolice is a new JRPG from Level-5
Ni no Kuni and Professor Layton developer Level-5 revealed a brand new detective-themed RPG called Decapolice. It’s set in an open world sci-fi city, though you’ll also be conducting investigations in a virtual world as well.

Level-5 wasn’t done with just the one game, though. A new Professor Layton game was also teased for Switch, and it takes the man in the top hat to puzzles in a steampunk city.
Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steal Time
Last of all from Level-5 was the announcement of a new Fantasy Life game. Reviving the concept of the popular 3DS title, it lets players build up a city on an island, head out on adventure, and even travel into the past.
Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon launches March 17
Bayonetta series’ storybook spinoff got a release date for Nintendo Switch. It’ll arrive on March 17 and sees the young witch working in tandem with ferocious ally Chershire to battle enemies and explore a dangerous magical forest.
Splatoon 3’s Expansion Pass sees the return of Inkopolis
Splatoon 3 is getting its own expansion pass. Wave one sees the return of the Inkopolis and Booyah Base hub zones, while wave two brings a new story chunk called Side Order
Fire Emblem Engage’s Expansion Pass adds classic heroes and new storylines
The second wave of Fire Emblem Engage’s Expansion Pass adds Emblems for Hector, Soren, Camilla in its second wave. The third wave will see the return of Awakening’s popular characters Chrom and Robin, as well as Fire Emblem Heroes’ Veronica. The final wave will include a new story segment called Fell Xenologue.
Harmony: Fall of Reverie is the next game from Don’t Nod
Life is Strange and Vampyr developer Don’t Nod is releasing a new narrative adventure in June. Harmony: Fall of Reverie follows a woman returning home to discover a megacorporation has transformed her town. Her connection to a pantheon of emotional deities allows her to see the future and ultimately decide the balance between the gods’ world and our own.
Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp finally deploys in April
The long-delayed remake of Advance Wars and its sequel finally has a release date. Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp arrives April 21.
Octopath Traveller 2 and Sea of Stars demos now available
Ahead of its release on February 24, 2.5D JRPG Octopath Traveller 2 now has a demo to try on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Likewise, retro-inspired RPG Sea of Stars has also received the demo treatment ahead of its release on August 29.
We Love Katamari ReRoll + Royal Reverie remasters the classic roller this summer
Katamari Damacy returns this summer thanks to We Love Katamari ReRoll + Royal Reveries. It’s set to release on June 2.
Free-to-play air-hockey MOBA Omega Strikers launches April 27
Air-hockey meets team-based multiplayer gaming in the unusual multiplayer bouts of Omega Strikers. It’s releasing as a free-to-play game on April 27.
Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe adds a new Magolor Epilogue, gets demo
The Switch remaster of Kirby’s Return to Dream Land is getting even more new content. The Magolor Epilogue follows the dimension-hopping character as they recover their powers. There’s also a demo for the game available on the Switch eShop.
Game Boy and Game Boy Advance come to Switch Online
Switch Online subscribers now have access to a selection of Game Boy titles including Tetris, Metroid 2, and Super Mario Land 2 – 6 Golden Coins. Those holding the Switch Online + Expansion Pass will also get to enjoy Game Boy Advance games including Mario + Luigi Superstar Saga, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, and Mario Kart: Super Circuit.
Metroid Prime Remastered is real and out now digitally
The long-rumored remaster of Metroid Prime was announced as a surprise drop for Switch last night. It features improved twin-stick controls and HD support. It’s available digitally now or physically from February 22.
Baten Kaitos 1 & 2 HD Remaster launches this summer
GameCube RPG lovers rejoice, for turn-based card RPG Baten Kaitos and its prequel are returning as a combined package on Nintendo Switch in summer.
Wave 4 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass brings a new track and Birdo
The next wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s Booster Course Pass is bringing a brand new track called Yoshi’s Island. It also sees the return of Birdo, who previously showed up in the GameCube’s Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom brings a melange of mechanized transport
And finally, it couldn’t really close with anything other that Tears of the Kingdom, could it? The latest trailer showed off a plethora of fascinating new concepts, including what looks like the ability to build machines to help you traverse the ground and air.
A collector’s edition of the game was also revealed which comes with a pin set, art book, steelbook case, and steel poster. You can also pick up a new Link amiibo based on his design in the game.
